Dialogue is more than a tool or technique, it is an orientation to leadership and a keystone for innovation and system change.

There is an emerging common sense that the pace and complexity of issues facing business and policy is accelerating and, at the same time, familiar methods are proving insufficient to genuinely transform these challenges.

We draw on work with thought leaders, practitioners and pioneering agents of change who are meeting the complex adaptive problems of the 21st Century.

The Centre for Dialogue is a resource for leaders, groups, private and public sector organisations.

If you wish to learn more of the Centre’s activities and how you can participate, please contact us below.

We look forward to supporting you improve the systems you live and work in.

Partnership

The Centre for Dialogue partners with organisations that share a focus on developing the practical leadership capacities required for the 21st Century.

The Centre for Dialogue at ANU partnered with the Centre for Social Impact at UWA to bring world renowned thought leader, educator, author and facilitator, Dr. Otto Scharmer to Australia for the first time; he is a co-founder of the Presencing Institute and faculty at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan School of Management.

Dr Scharmer, his senior facilitation team and C4D’s Director, presented Theory U; a ground breaking framework and method for leading profound change. More than 80 participants from Australia and the region joined us in Perth for the inaugural Asia Pacific Presencing Foundation Program (PFP) in July 2018.
